A. Extruder

B. Mould
1. Mould material: 3Cr17, 3Cr17MoNiV, DIN1.2316 or as per your request
2. Mould cavity: 1 or multi-cavity
3. Mould composition: Die head, aluminum heating band, calibrators or calibration sleeve & water tank
C. The vacuum cooling tank
1. The tank body made by stainless steel.
2. The water pump of high power and spraying head of special design bring high efficient spraying cooling.
3. The percolation unit with the bypass pipeline improved the stability of the equipments and reduce maintenance (pipeline and spray head is blocked due to impurity)
4. Lengthways move by motor regulating.
5. Provide different length and quantity cooling arrangement according to specification and speed of pipe to be produced.
D. Haul-off unit
1. Double, three, four or six caterpillar hauling machine according to pipe diameters.
2. Changing frequency speed adjusting system guarantee synchronous hauling off.
3. By proportion valve and gas pressure control to regulate precisely contact pressure
E. Automatic cutting machine
1. automatic cutting function as per the setted length you need.

F. Stacker or winding equipment
1. Pneumatic control, turn over to unload.
