Hot Washer

DESCRIPTION:

The hot washer cleans the PET flakes via hot chemical wash where oil and other stubborn contamination is effectively removed.Labels that are stuck to the PET flakes are also removed within this machinery.

The traditional hot washer requires long reaction time, therefore, it is very difficult to ensure a washer’s capacity. ASTAR’s new, continuous-running hot washer resolves this issue.

HOW IT WORKS

PET flakes are stored in the tanks and are mixed within a hot chemical wash. The rotary paddles make the flakes rub against each other removing any dirt on the surface including glue,mud,oil,ect..
